  • All trainers must have over 10 years of experiences in the auto industry and have held senior positions to even be considered as trainers for our company;
  • We have a rigid screening process for auto trainers. First, all candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in the auto industry. Some of our special courses or consulting projects will require more than 20 years of experience. Second, for all factory systems, trainers must have held senior positions in factory system management and operations. For all dealership systems, trainers must have sales experience and must have held management positions indicating strong leadership and practical skills.
  • All our trainers must have special knowledge and must have achieved outstanding performance in their actual work;
  • Our trainers must have expertise in automotive industry projects with knowledge of automotive trends and predictability for new car markets coupled with strong project operations. They must be familiar with the high-end brand sales models, they must be successful at selling mining products, and have excellent technical expertise. Further, they must have expertise in dealer management capabilities, understand network layouts, and have the ability to manage and control different media channels. Additionally, trainers must have knowledge of 4S operations management specialization and s must have made corresponding breakthrough achievements.

  • All our team members must go through the presentation skills training and consulting project operation programs before serving customers. In our training, we employ three systems for trainers that include factory headquarters, regional staff, and outlets services. Trainers make recommendations for each course and will have in-depth research and practical experience to safeguard training efficiency. For consulting projects, we have based our trainers training on project characteristics and expertise. We will assign portfolios that best match each project consulting team to achieve greater efficiency that is result oriented.
